Cracked block? Why? not winterized?
I suspect from improper winterization.
When I spoke with the current owner he was out of town on business and with a client, so I didn't take up much of his time. I will get back in touch with him and try to get more details.
It concerns me if it is / was improper winterization because I imagine that both motors were winterized by the same person / mechanic.
