My 1987 sedan bridge. I just traded up from a 1966 to a 1987 this Spring. I thought the interior paneling and trim is Teak but a friend said it was Mahogany. Which is right.

Teak on newer Marinettes (mid 80's+ for sure).

Mahogany on vintage models.

Your 87 should be 100% teak.

I am doing a lot of wood replacement in my 80- 28' sedan and it is all teak. Does any one know of a good source of teak that the average guy can afford.

I've have purchased teak veneer from Rockler in the past. They may also have solid boards.

Thanks Karl, I had not considered them for paneling. I did find some 4 quarter by 6" wide by 6' long for $28 a board foot just east of me near Xenia Ohio.
